This policy explains what information Granzotto & Co (“we”, “us”) collects through granzottoco.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If you have a question, email hello@granzottoco.com.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry. The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and details about your event. Phone number, date, location, guest count, budget and how you found us are optional. We also record the time of the submission and, briefly, your IP address to stop spam.

When you visit the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. It records things like the page visited, the referring site, your country, and the type of device and browser.

How we use it

To read and reply to your inquiry, and to plan your event if you work with us.
To send you a confirmation that we received your inquiry.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit so we can improve the site.
To protect the site and the form from abuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the website and provides the analytics.
Resend delivers the inquiry email to us and the confirmation email to you.
Our email provider stores the inquiry emails we receive.

These providers process information on our behalf and may store it in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, for the length of our engagement and any period required for tax, legal or accounting reasons. If we don't work together, we delete inquiries within two years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@granzottoco.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
